By your registration and participation in the Augma International Symposium ( AIS) 2021 event {known as the Event}, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern your registration and participation. To register for the Event, you must complete the Event registration process.

Liability

Augma Biomaterials and Augma Bone Cement Academy (“Augma“) organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of, or damage to, private property of participants, either during or directly arising from any Augma event. Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance for your health and safety.

Privacy Policy

Once submitted, your contact details are owned solely by Augma. We will not sell your contact details. If you do not wish to have your contact details shared with exhibitors, please contact us at [email protected]

Photography, Videotape and Sound Recording Disclaimer

Augma reserves the right to photograph, videotape, and otherwise capture events and participants of this conference for unrestricted, nonexclusive, perpetual use in all media and forms of communication whether now existing or hereafter developed. By attending this conference, you acknowledge and agree that AUGMA may use such images and recordings without your written permission or paying you compensation, and you permanently release Augma, and their respective successors and assigns, from any and all claims and liability arising from, or relating to, the making and use of such images and recordings.

AIS Code of Conduct Disclaimer

Augma reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior. Augma reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.

Unacceptable Behavior is defined as: harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form. Verbal abuse of any kind, including but not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, nationality of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, AUGMA staff member, service provider, or other event guest.

AIS Content

You acknowledge and agree that Augma, in its sole discretion within the circumstances, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the event, including but not limited to, content, program, speakers, workshops , hosts, moderators, venue, and time.

Payment

Registration fees can be paid through:

– Ais.augmabio.com via credit card/PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

– AUGMA US Office at +1 732 561-3363, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 EST.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration by notifying our registration department. Send an email to [email protected] by February 1st, 2022. Once your email is confirmed Your registration will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations between February 1st-March 1st will receive a 50% refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after March 1st will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exceptions to this policy.

Transfer: Transferring registration to another person in your company or organization is not allowed unless specific written permission has been granted by conference organizers. Reselling AIS registration is not permitted.

Augma reserves the right to cancel all or part of the symposium should circumstances warrant such action. In the event of full cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Augma will not be responsible for any other damages.

Liability Waiver

By registering for this meeting, I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated events and/or activities, without limitation. I hereby knowingly waive and release Augma Biomaterials and Augma Bone Cement Academy (ABCA) their employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, including without limitation, death, bodily injury, property damage, or other loss or damages arising from my participation in this meeting and associated events and/or activities.
